Comes with a full set of acoustic heads and then some mesh heads, unfortunately it does not have a mesh head for the 12" tom.
I would definitely get new evans heads all the way around as it would make a world of difference and make it a great on the go kit perfect for small spaces.
Comes with some cymbal pads (pictured) for practice purposes, a pearl kick pedal, and a multi clamp/tom arm clamp for the 14" tom.
