The Ibanez Short Scale Bass Guitar's smaller size and easy-play 28.6" scale are especially suited to young rockers. You get deep resonating tone from the mahogany body and smooth playability from medium frets on the rosewood fingerboard. A traditional single- and split-coil pickup setup gives you plenty of tonal choices. Having trouble fitting in? If it's because you're pierced and tattooed and attend a prepped out conservative school far from urban areas, Ibanez can't help you. If it's because you need a smaller bass for the tour bus or running scales in cramped quarters, they can.
