Ibanez Gio 7 String Electric Guitar In White Ibanez builds guitars for all levels of players—from beginners to the most demanding masters of the instrument. Subject to many of the same rigorous inspection standards and warranty coverage as other Ibanez guitars, GIO guitars offer the best sound, style, and playability of anything in their class. This principled approach has not only put better guitars in the hands of new players—it’s been responsible for launching numerous new musical careers around the world. The GRG7221M begins with the iconic Ibanez RG series body, constructed of Poplar. It’s then fitted with a Maple GRG neck sporting a Purpleheart fretboard and jumbo frets. Proprietary Infinity R7 humbucking pickups deliver the requisite fat, distorted tone that metal rockers crave, while the Ibanez Fixed 7 bridge helps take your playing to a whole other level. GRG and GRX guitars feature the same playability, warranty, and set-up as our most expensive instruments, but at rock bottom affordable prices.
