I doubt you will ever see another one of these! I absolutely love this drum! I believe it’s from early 1970’s and part of their “Swinger” line. From my research, Sonor simply called this wrap Gelb (yellow in German). It was only made a couple years in the early 1970’s. Overall Good condition but there are some issues. One of the spurs is stripped. The center mount screw is bent, but still tightens. The bottom 8” portion of wrap is a different shade of yellow. I don’t know if it came from the factory that way (different die lot) or applied at a later date. One of the metal hoops is dented in a couple places. The inlay looks to be complete (there is about 1/2” gap where the pieces meet). It is currently loose in several places, but I may re-glue it. Missing one tension rod + claw (one rod is bent). There are 14 washers and look original/ consistent in good condition. One of the lugs I can’t get the rod to screw in - not sure if the internal screw is mis-aligned. Natural interior looks great. Hardware looks mostly rust free. Chrome looks very nice with the tiniest bit of pitting. 8 teardrop lugs per side. Heads look original, showing wear.
