Nice sounding and playing Yairi! This one has been played a lot, as the body shows. It has pick wear (no pickguard), multiple impressions, some discoloration and other normal wear to it's top. The rest of the guitar has normal wear. The action is very nice, 3/32" low E, 2/23" high E at the 12th frets. The sound is really quite good. Overall, this instrument is in good used condition and comes with a hard shell case.
