Original Fender TBX bass tone expander.
Pulled straight from a late 80s Fender MIJ Jazz Special.
A genius addition to any bass. The TBX tone control works as a treble cut from 1-5. A center detent shows no tone alteration. 6-10 is known as a bass cut but really it takes away resistance from the pot. Which opens up for all treble frequences to push through the amp.
A genuine relic. Untouched. Unaltered. With leads carefully cut close to it. A little Deoxit applied to prime and ready it to rock. Solder it up to your rig and go crazy.
