Here we have a superb '80s Tokai Strat in '54 burst with beautiful maple neck. Ser# 015145
This vintage Tokai, plays so well, with a really fast action & straight neck. It has that un-plugged zing that I always look out for when buying any solid bodied electric. With its white pick guard and a beautiful grain in the wood, along with a stunning version of the burst, gives this baby a really classic look.
Excellent Japanese Gotoh fittings & has a very tight grained Ash body which adds to the sustain. Currently fitted with a fantastic custom pickup switching mod that gives the opportunity to pick the sound for each pickup in isolation (and all 3 in parallel with every combination in between).
Made in Japan these early 80's guitars are now collectable as they are well known for their high build quality. Easily comparable to the fender custom shops and AVRIs which are 3-4 times more expensive.
She is in very good all round condition, with just the odd very minor age blemish, nothing that warrants pointing out.
