I believe I’ve identified this correctly. Very nice quality. Great looking design of roses and vines. Either plastic or plexi. Design is on the underside. No cracks. Very close to flat. After cleaning up the underside (may be difficult), should mount with no problem. Shows moderate wear. Slap it on any large body acoustic for an instant classy look. See pictures for measurements
