This is the model „10b“ by „Hoyer“. Arnold Hoyer was one of the biggest german luthiers, who produced many kinds of instruments during the golden age of german guitarmaking between the 1950s and the 1980s. They where famous for their high qulaity, well manufactured, handcrafted guitars with a rich sound. Their most well known models where archtops: the „Herr im Frack“, the „Meisterklasse“ and the „Solist“. But they also had really high-tier models at other guitar types, like the „Hoyer 10a“ or the „Typ 35“.
The Hoyer 10a is the peak of German guitarmaking in the 1960s. The modell is the highest class guitar Hoyer had in their arsenal in the 1960s. It was fully handmade and therefore not many where made at all. The craftsmanship on this guitar is just amazing, and you dont find many of these anymore.
The condition of the guitar is amazing. You can see everything yourself in the pictures. It got treated very well and therefore doesn't have much wear. It got a professional setup too. The guitar sounds really well and very different, distinctive and deep in comparison to all other guitars I had so far. It plays really comfortably as well due to the straight neck, the low action and the clean, original frets without much wear on them. Nothing is buzzing, no intonation errors. Just a perfect german vintage guitar.
The guitar can be played immediatly and comes with a fitting case.
If you have any questions left, or if you need more pictures, feel free to ask :-)
About shipping:
I ship worldwide with DHL and with the DHL-shipping insurance wich goes up to 500€. I am not going to lie to you or blandish a possible transport risk like some other people do. International shipping can be dangerous and packages are sometimes treated roughly. If you however choose to have an international shipment, I will do my absolute best to protect the guitar. I have collected a lot of experience in the past on how to ship a guitar securely. I will take photos of the packaging and the exact condition of the guitar right before I ship it. You should know, that after shipping the guitar and entering the shipping number, I am not responsible for anything anymore and my job is done. But I will gladly back you up with the insurance case with said photos and exact details in the rare case anything goes wrong. The standart insurance I ship all guitars with is up to 500€. If you want a higher insurance, you can get that, just ask me first.
