- This is an awesome trumpet with lots of history. Made in Elkhart Indiana in 1931 these brass & nickel finished low pitch trumpets were custom made for the professional musician. Louis Armstrong recorded with a Buescher Truetone Trumpet in the late 1920s. There are a few dings/dents, some don't show up in pictures very well. I tried my best to get good pictures.
