Marantz 1200 71-73 Silver/Black /115b Tuner 74-76

This is one of the last of the hand made,  American produced integrated amplifiers That Marantz put together in Sunnyvale California.  Conservatively rated at 100 watts per channel,this will power any speakers that I have run across including 16 ohm. The sound is very warm , clean with no overtones. It was recently serviced by Pro Audio Service in Lakeville MN. The owner knows vintage (especially Marantz) very well. The pre amp was rebuilt , as well as several other boards with  caps that were out of spec. This is for the amp only. The recent listing on this site had a tuner, that has sold. These are not very common(the non "B" model) as they were the cost of a month or two salary back in the early 70s. Shipping is 100 in the lower 48. That includes a new double wall box, fragile packing and the shipping itself. Shipping is getting to be very expensive due to increases in shipping rates ,packing material and ins. Please understand I would rather charge more for shipping so the product will get to the customer undamaged ,than be cheap and have a faceplate damaged. Enjoy the Music
The tuner in the combo is the Marantz 115b ,a very sensitive tuner with unique garages on the that. 1.8 89db of sensitivity. Original blue aqua bulbs . returned by ESS of Michigan.
