Single coil pickup with mounting screws and springs. Comes with the pre-wired harness (volume pot, tone pot, and jack). These came from a mid-60s Teisco or Kawai guitar. Everything works except that when you turn up the volume pot all the way it cuts out. Back off a tiny bit and it works fine. The pickup has lots of output for this type and vintage. $50 plus $7 priority 3-day shipping (includes Alaska and Hawaii).
