This is a replica of Keith Richards' Micawber Telecaster. I purchase parts, paint, relic and assemble guitars.
The body is from Squier Affinity tele-painted with yellow nitrocellulose lacquer. The maple Allparts neck is nitro-lacquered, with 21 medium-vintage sized frets, a 7.25" radius, and a comfy, slim V-shaped profile. It has Fender Broadcaster wiring, which is: (Position 1- bridge pickup, roll back tone knob to engage neck pickup, Position 2- neck pickup (tone does nothing), Position 3 - neck pickup with cap for really dark, muffled tone).
It has all Fender Road Worn hardware, standard Fender tuning machines, and a gold Gotoh bridge for better intonation. The pickups are an Old Timer '1959 PAF Humbucker'-made by a bloke in England, and a Fender Custom Shop Nocaster bridge pickup.

The extensive wear, knicks and scratches came from trying to replicate all the years of Keith's playing. I used images of the real guitar for reference: https://reverb.com/news/a-blackguard-named-micawber-keith-richards-no-1-fender-telecaster
The guitar has been set up well with great playability and intonation. One obvious flaw is the string ferrules are crooked and the wood grooves are deeper around there. But besides that, this is an excellent, inexpensive custom-relic guitar with the same sound and playability as its more expensive counterparts.
It comes with the cool Fender Sonoran multicolored strap if you want!
My shop is open for returns if you are not completely satisfied, but you must purchase the return label. Thanks for looking!
