The Meinl 14" Byzance Traditional Heavy Hi-Hat takes the same narrow blade lathing and traditional finish as the standard model of this series and adds heavier weight on both the top and bottom cymbals for a more pronounced character with a huge wash when open. Able to easily cut through the mix when closed, the defined character of this model makes it ideal for metal, funk, or studio work.
