Built during the Golden Age of Japanese instruments, this Model 700 is a beautifully hand-built guitar, with an incredible tone that will impress all who hear it. This instrument was hand-built by Sadao Yairi in 1976 using a solid spruce top and mahogany back and sides, to achieve a bright yet balanced tone.
This particular Yairi has seen some wear and tear. There are a few dinks and scratches throughout (see images 11-15). There is also some finish damage on the back. These are all purely cosmetic however, and will not affect the tone of the guitar. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to give us a call or send us a message!
