Matsumoku built Memphis. Not that crappy stuff you seen floating around - this is a serious, well made, solid guitar. This is an excellent example of 70's (or possibly early 80's) Japanese craftsmanship.
Mahogany body. Set neck. T-top pickups. (yes seriously)
Guitar plays and more importantly SOUNDS terrific. As far as I know, all original. Electronics look stock / original. Frets are in terrific shape.
This is a "copy" if you will, of the Ibanez Custom Agent guitar which is a bit more popular. Almost identical, save the name on the headstock.
