This is a vintage tube amp/speaker from the 1950’s 60’s. Made in USA.
I’m selling it for parts although I’m sure it’s fixable. I don’t understand and don’t know anyone who does understand about electronics. It’s very unfortunate cos I’d like to add it to my rig.
This is what I know about it:
Unit powers on. There’s a buzz that increases fast as you keep it on. That doesn’t happen right away when the amp is cold. I think it’s related to the tubes. If a tube is removed there’s no buzz but also no sound. I replaced a bad tube and it didn’t fox the problem. I didn’t want to replace all of them to test.
All parts seem original including the JBL speaker. The fuse cap was missing and I put a new one.
