White Gibson Thunderbird IV Bass, rare and excellent!
These don’t come around often (Have you even seen one?) A 2003 Gibson white
Thunderbird, with an ebony fingerboard and black hardware. All original. The
reissue T-Birds in “classic white” were discontinued years ago and now only found
on used basses. The ebony boards only made a few years. Except for a tiny ding on
the headstock (see photo) this would be pristine. Plays and sounds excellent, with
barely signs of wear. Not a closet queen, this instrument was played but very well
cared for. The color is understated, with just the right tinge of tan so it doesn’t blind
you. Comes with original Gibson black reptile hard-shell case , complete with Gibson
“shroud” to protect it inside. This bass retailed for $2,200. NO disappointment here.
