Tascam 234 Rackmount 4-Track Cassette Recorder

The 234 is an awesome more professional geared 4-track cassette tape recorder. It includes a basic mixer section and a digital transport with markers and a nice LED tape counter. This funky design sits right in the middle of the older Tascam models well bringing in some conveniences from the later designs.

This unit in great condition with just a missing knob cap on the first channel. The heads appear to be in good shape and it plays and records just fine. The original warnings sticker is even still on the door! We decided to leave the Big Black sticker on the side because its awesome.

A lot of people are returning to cassette recorders for their musicality and limitations, along with the warm and compressed tape sound. Markers and pitch shifting controls make the 234 a pretty exciting studio piece for any type of musician.
