Modeled after the renowned Duolian, the NRP-14 Fret has the look and feel of its classic predecessor with a few minor adjustments. Its incredibly resonant body is composed of thin-gauge steel complete with rolled “f” holes, formed back, and period-correct, traditional ribbed coverplate. It is matched with a Honduras mahogany neck, unbound ebony fretboard, and mother-of-pearl fret markers. Equipped with vintage-style tuners, an ebony nut, and a stamped headstock, this resonator has a time-honored look and tone you’d be hard-pressed to distinguish from its acclaimed relative.
