This is a Gretsch New Classic 18X18" floor tom drum in Ocean Sparkle Burst. This hand applied lacquer finish uses Gretsch's exclusive Mixed Sparkle Technology and was the premium finish option for this line, which has been discontinued and seems to be pretty hard to find.

The New Classic series includes proportionate shells that increase in thickness as shell diameters increase to give a full, balanced tonality across the entire drum set. Classy appointments include vintage styled tube lugs, very low mass "ITS" integrated tom suspension system and 9025-hingedDrum Set Features:

The shell is in perfect condition and perfectly in round while the hardware needs some detailing. Overall, the finish is pretty good. The chrome hardware is in good shape with minor scratches but no real signs of pitting or rust. I gave it a quick cleaning. It comes with Gibraltar floor tom legs. A detailing of the hardware and new heads will have this in tip top condition. At the time of production, this listed for $1,880 and retailed for about $1250-1,300.
