The Gig Bag...
This prototype comes with it's original box and gig bag. Also included is the Hendrix Strap, Allen Key, Guitar Cord, Hendrix Pick and the VooDoo Child Practice amp. The amp works, but was a little finicky at times when pressing the overdrive button.
The Guitar!
Here it is. The Legendary - the Infamous - Gibson / Hendrix Strat Prototype guitar for the highest end version of the 3 bundles that were set to be made. Due to public backlash, these were quickly wiped off the face of the earth and never made it to production. You can learn all about the history of this guitar in my video. This was the unreleased prototype sent out to be used in the promotional DVD that was being made for these instruments.
This is a collectible guitar - not necessarily meant to be played. It's condition is used and it has scratches and smudges from use in my demo as well as the videos that Marko Coconut made for Gibson/Hendrix.
Conclusion
This is a piece of Gibson history. The perfect conversation + collection piece.
