Made in Japan in the mid 1970s by Tokai-Gakki. Generally these were Martin inspired designs that were kept simple and affordable without avoiding quality. Brian May used one at some stage so that's probably a good sign..

This one has been looked after over the years and is cosmetically beautiful. No major dings or signs of use, hardware is still shiny (vintage Gotoh tuners) and the neck joint and bridge look rock solid. Neck is straight, action is slightly higher than some (3.5mm 12th fret) but playable and intonates well. Sold as-is.
