Up for your consideration is a 1960's LaBoz Burns 12-sting copy from Japan. It's in good condition, but has a few dings and dents on its body, neck, and behind the head stock. Includes hardshell case.

This guitar is quite an anomaly, and you'd be hard pressed to find one like it. This guitar's namesake comes from Maurice Laboz, owner of the Telestar company, who most likely ordered a limited run of these guitars (and a few other models) from Japan.

This guitar's fingerboard is rosewood, but that's about all we know about the material composition.

Electronics include three single coil pickups, and rather than a switch it has a 4-way knob. The setting "Split Sound" activates the bridge and neck pickups, "Jazz" is just the neck pickup, "Treble" is just the bridge pickup, and "WILD DOG" is the middle and bridge pickups. Yes, it's actually called "WILD DOG". It also has one volume and one tone knob.

This guitar is quite heavy, weighing in at about 9.5 lbs. The scale length is 24.75 inches. The action at the 12th fret is 8.5/64 inch on the low end, and 7.5/64 on the high end. The width at the nut is 1.79 inches 2.06 inches at the 12th fret. Fingerboard radius is 12.

The case in in good shape; all latches are functional, and the case is free of any pet hair, smoke, or basement smells.

This item ships to the contiguous United States for $60.00. Feel free to ask any questions before purchasing! .
