We've been serving the central Connecticut area since 1985. Unlike the large chains we offer personal service and a well trained staff who know gear. We carry a large selection of equipment, sheet music, and run a full time music school with 300+ weekly students. Our service department offers top notch in house guitar and amp repairs, as well as service for woodwind, brass and stringed instruments.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
14 days money back or item exchange, buyer pays return shipping. Items being returned must be in the same condition as received with all paperwork, hang tags, case candy, pickguard plastic overlay included.
Items cannot be returned due to preferences (wrong tint, neck shape, weight, tone ,feel).
Items shipped with FREE SHIPPING will have the shipping cost deducted from the refund.
