I use good quality materials for the manufacture of pickups and much
attention is paid to every detail. Magnets and vulcanized fiber are
bought from conscientious suppliers. I buy magnet wire in the Russian factory, which produces high-quality wire since 1954. The plates for the pickups of vulcanized fiber I cut on a laser machine. I glue vulcanized fiber plates and magnets. Pickups dipped in a mixture of wax (25%) and paraffin (75%).
Before packing, I check visually the pickups, then measure the
resistance of each coil and write the values on the packaging. I
carefully pack the pickups in a bubble bag and send them to the
customer. Specification: Covers: no included Pole spacing: 52mm Magnet wire: 43 AWG Bobbin material: Black vulcanized fiber Resistance: Neck: 6 K Middle: 6,2 K, RW/RP Bridge: 6,2 K DCR: +/- 5%
