ULTRA RARE 1960'S AMPEG MANHATTAN GUITAR CLUB AMP POWER SWITCH AND KEY. THIS WAS USED FOR THE EXCLUSIVE MANHATTAN GUITAR CLUB IN THE 1960'S OF APROX 50 TOP RECORDING MUSICIANS. THESE PLAYERS WOULD RECEIVE THE KEY TO TURN ON THE STUDIOS AMPEG EQUIPED AMPLIFIERS SO THEY DIDN'T HAVE TO LUG THEY'RE OWN AMPS TO THE SESSION. I GOT THIS FROM THE LATE LONGTIME AMPEG FOREMAN DENNIS KAGER IN THE 1980'S. DENNIS WAS ALSO FOUNDER OF SUNDOWN AMPS (WHICH I WAS INVOLVED WITH) AND CENTRAL JERSEY MUSIC SERVICE AMP REPAIR. DENNIS INSTALLED THIS IN MY 1971 AMPEG GEMINI AMP AND WHEN I SOLD THE AMP I HAD HIM REMOVE IT SO I COULD KEEP IT. I'VE HAD IT SINCE THE LATE 1980'S. THIS IS AN ULTRA RARE OFFERING THAT CAN EASILY BE INSTALLED INTO YOUR VINTAGE AMPEG AMP.
