Pre-owned Mosrite Ventures II (German Carve Body Type) in 3-Tone Burst.  The guitar is a great players guitar!  The guitar has a ton of mojo.  It has a fair amount of dings/dents/indentations but all earned and relic'd in real life. The frets on these models were low profile frets.  They are original and a little low but have plenty of life left in them. The back of the neck has some wear most noticeably from around the 1st-5th frets. The toggle switch sticks a little in the down position, but still operates perfectly. See pictures for detail of wear.  The included case is non-original.  Professional set-up and restring with D'addario 10's.
1965-1966

  • The Ventures II (German Carve Body Type) Model — Replaced the earlier Ventures II; Same body design as the Mark V model. Only came as a six-string guitar. Some of these have longer pickguards than later models; the neck pickup on the long pickguard models is slightly farther from the bridge, possibly to utilize older and shorter Ventures II necks. Re-named the "Ventures Mark V" in 1966.
