Famous luthier and founder of Alembic, Rick Turner, 6 string bass with semi-hollow construction. Built like a fine classical guitar but with a solid mahogany center block to prevent feedback. He makes the finest piezo pick up systems on the market and has super deep bass, wide frequency range with warmth and sweetness. No unpleasant "quack" or high-frequencies.
