The build quality of these drums is next level.

Beautiful jazz kit. Unfortunately I suck at jazz

Still makes me a bit sad to see them go…

Here’s what Ive looked up on these:

Exact Ply Layout (7-Ply Shell)

• 2 Outer Plies: Hard Rock Maple (configured in a horizontal/vertical grain pattern).
• 3 Core Plies: Thick 1/20" Gumwood (configured in a vertical/horizontal/vertical grain pattern).
• 2 Inner Plies: Hard Rock Maple (configured in a horizontal/vertical grain pattern)

Here’s what I know: 

Purchased used in 2015

Have been completely babied while in my possession- in fact I have never taken them out of my practice space.

They sound as good as they look.

Easy to tune, and they don’t lose tone when tuned higher. 

I’ve reached out to DW to find out the manufacture date, based on the number inside the shell. I will update the listing if/when I hear back.

They have been meticulously packed into two boxes, and are ready to ship as soon as payment is received.  I’m charging exactly what I get quoted at for a specific postal code.
