As you can see in the pics, this exceedingly rare original, vintage KLEMT ECHOLETTE B-30 amplifier is in exquisite, perfect functional condition, with no issues of any kind. It has just been fully serviced and restored, and It is ready for another 50 years of rocking.  These German amps were the same ones used by the Beatles in Hamburg, you never know... The b30 is an el500 (original telefunken tubes!) based amp, similar in flavour to a vox ac30, with a little jtm45 marshall thrown in for good measure.  The inputs each have an independent input gain control, so you can dial in how much you want to drive the output section, in a sort of master-volume way, producing really creamy, nasty overdrive and super sparkly cleans.  Output is a hot sounding 30 watts, perfect with a nice SG or telecaster deluxe.

The heart and soul is of course, that amazing, gritty, distorted tone as you begin to heat things up.  It starts to get really interesting at about 1/2 volume and keep getting better the more you turn it up, until you are in full-on, unsurpassed, pure, real golden era, mind-destroying, cascading distortion. I ADORE the "sag" and compression you get out of this old girl when things start to get toasty.  Glorious. This amp has phenomenal, tight break-up and creamy, squishy, gritty overdrive. It is a real wall-of-sound smear of stunning UK tubs tone.  The ORIGINAL! ....... heaven!  

Cosmetically, this old beauty displays Only the most distinguished and well deserved exterior wear one would expect of a classic, well loved, well played and well cared for amp of this age and pedigree, all included at no extra charge.
