The Behringer Ultracurve Pro DEQ2496 is a 24-bit/96 kHz digital mastering processor with four concurrent EQ modules: 31-band graphic, 10-band parametric, Feedback Destroyer, and three dynamic EQs per stereo channel. It includes a 61-band real-time FFT analyzer with auto-EQ for room and speaker tuning, plus AES/EBU and S/PDIF digital I/O on XLR and optical connectors. A separate RTA mic/line input with switchable phantom power supports measurement mics, and the unit offers MIDI for preset dumps and remote control.

The processor runs on a switching power supply accepting 100-240 V and draws 10 W. It features relay hard-bypass that engages automatically on power loss. The 1U rackmount chassis measures 19 in wide and weighs 2.24 kg. Open architecture allows future firmware updates via MIDI.
