Squier by Fender Precision Bass (PB’62) JV series, Sunburst finish, crafted in Japan at the renowned Fuji-gen factory.

The "JV" (Japanese Vintage) series—developed under the guidance of American master luthier Dan Smith—was produced between 1982 and 1983/84 as a strategic response to the Japanese "copy" brands of the era, such as Tokai, Greco, and Ibanez. These instruments are highly sought after due to their rarity and, more importantly, their exceptional build quality, choice of woods, pickups, finishes, and overall tone. This particular instrument is no exception; while it bears the Squier name, it was crafted with the meticulous care and expert Japanese craftsmanship characteristic of that period.

In very good overall condition, with some signs of wear consistent with age and use; frets are rated 7.5/10 (please refer to the photos for further details regarding its condition).

Features a dense, dark rosewood fretboard and a beautiful maple neck that is very comfortable to play.
