The Xotic AC Booster V2 is a versatile, touch-sensitive overdrive pedal designed to make your guitar and amplifier sound fuller, warmer, and more responsive. It ranges from a subtle boost and smooth, low-gain breakup to rich, saturated overdrive, with an additional footswitchable gain stage for solos and heavier passages.
The V2 updates Xotic's original AC Booster with expanded tone shaping, a separate Boost control, and four side-mounted DIP switches. Its defining characteristic is an amp-like response: play softly for a cleaner sound, dig in harder for more grit, or roll back your guitar's volume to clean up the tone.
