Greco is a Japanese guitar manufacturer established in 1967.
Depending on the year of production, they were manufactured at either the Matsumoku or Fuji-gen factories (the latter being where the equally famous Japanese Fenders were made).
They are perfect copies of Gibsons—essentially "Gibson-style guitars made in Japan" offering exceptional value for money. We are well aware of the excellence and precision of Japanese luthiers.
While rarely seen on the French market—and rightly sought-after—our Japanese network allows us to offer them to you.
GRECO Les Paul Custom (EGC-500-LH model, Black finish), made in Japan in 1982.
"Certified: no breaks, no cracks." Shows light signs of use but is in very good overall condition; a well-cared-for instrument with frets in excellent shape (rated 8.5/10—see photos for details).
Tone matured and improved by age.
The original "Screamin' 1982" pickups are excellent—incisive, powerful, and precise—rivaling Gibson pickups (which share a similar construction). A 1982 series model delivering professional-grade sound.
An outstanding Greco Les Paul Custom.
Huge sustain and resonance, featuring a dense mahogany body.
