Germanium harmonic boost from Spaceman, updated from the original Mercury III circuit. Discrete analog design built around a selected vintage germanium transistor.
The Boost control provides up to 35dB of gain. Two three-position toggles (High and Low) give nine tone-shaping combinations, from treble or mid boost to bass or full-range boost. The Harmonics control blends independently generated even-order harmonics with the dry signal, from light sparkle to octave-like overtones. True bypass. Hand-built in Portland, Oregon.
