Yamaha P-225 88-Key Portable Electric Digital Piano (White)

The Yamaha P Series digital piano is perfect for those who desire the comfortable feel of an acoustic piano in a practical, lightweight design. The P-225 features the sounds of our premier concert grand piano, the CFX, and this model uses Virtual Resonance Modeling (VRM) Lite technology to replicate the expressive moment-by-moment tonal changes that occur in a real grand piano. Whether you are an advanced piano player or a serious beginner looking to learn, the P-225 is the perfect choice.

New Graded Hammer Compact (GHC) Keyboard

The newly developed and more compact GHC keyboard on the P Series reproduces the playing comfort of its predecessors in every way. The keyboard mechanism is more compact than in previous models, while still offering an outstanding and realistic playing feel.

The Sound of the Premier Concert Grand Piano

The P-225 gives you the sound of the top-of-the-line Yamaha CFX concert grand, with shimmering highs and powerful lows. Equipped with Virtual Resonance Modeling (VRM) Lite, a digital technology that realistically reproduces the complex resonance produced by the strings of a grand piano, changing each time according to how the keys are pressed. Enjoy the sound of a concert grand that’s played and loved by renowned pianists, along with its infinitely realistic resonance.

Variety of Instrument Sounds

The P-225 features 24 instrument sounds including Yamaha's premier concert grand CFX sounds.

Yamaha L200WH Stand for P225 88-Key Electric Digital Piano (White)

The attractive Yamaha L-200WH Stand is a matching furniture-style stand made specifically for the Yamaha P-225 Digital Piano, designed to give it a clean, integrated 'piano-like' look instead of a portable keyboard setup. It is a dedicated furniture-style base that replaces a traditional X-stand, transforming the P-225 into a stable, permanent console-style piano setup with a more refined, home-ready appearance.

Yamaha LP1WH 3 Pedal Unit for P-125 Digital Piano (White)

Add the control and fixed playing position of a traditional piano pedal system to your compatible Yamaha digital piano. The Yamaha LP1WH provides three piano-style pedals for sustain, sostenuto, and soft functions. Its coordinated white finish complements a white P-125 setup while keeping the pedal controls positioned beneath the instrument.

Three Pedals for Expressive Control

The three pedal layout supports the same primary functions used on a grand piano. Use the sustain pedal to let notes continue after the keys are released. Apply the sostenuto pedal when selected notes need to ring while others remain unaffected. The soft pedal provides another level of control for passages that call for a gentler response.
