Schecter C-5 GT Bass Natural B-Stock 0169

The C-5 GT is a five-string workhorse built for players who demand articulate low-end definition and comfortable playability across extended sessions. Its 35" scale, EMG active electronics, and responsive fretboard make it equally suited to tight modern music and expressive melodic work. This unplayed B-stock example shows only light cosmetic scratches and represents genuine value on a solidly constructed set-neck instrument.

Tone and Electronics

The EMG 40DC bridge and EMG 40P5 neck pickups deliver punchy attack and articulate midrange definition, shaped by a two-band EMG EQ with volume and blend controls for precise tone sculpting. The active preamp powered by 9-volt battery ensures consistent output across dynamic playing styles, while the Schecter Custom Bass Bridge with string-thru design optimizes resonance and sustain.

Build and Playability

The thin "C" profile maple neck and 35" scale length lock in extended low-end definition while maintaining comfortable fretting-hand access. 24 extra-jumbo frets and a 16" fretboard radius make fast passage work effortless across the entire neck, while the Ultra Access body cutaway ensures unrestricted reach into the upper registers.
