The TC-Helicon VoiceTone D1 is a vocal effects pedal designed to add doubling, detune, octave, and group-style effects to a live vocal signal. It offers eight effect styles ranging from tight and loose doubling to octave up, octave down, and shout-style processing. A dedicated Mix control adjusts the balance between dry and processed vocals, while the recessed Mic Gain control helps prevent accidental changes during performance. The D1 uses balanced XLR input and output connections, includes phantom power, and supports TC-Helicon Mic Control with compatible microphones.
