The RODE NT1-A is a large-diaphragm condenser microphone with a 1-inch gold-sputtered capsule and cardioid polar pattern. It delivers a frequency response from 20 Hz to 20 kHz with an output impedance of 100 ohms and maximum SPL handling of 137 dB. The internal shock mounting helps reduce stand and handling noise during recording. This microphone requires 24V or 48V phantom power and connects via a 3-pin XLR output. It has an equivalent noise level of 5 dBA and a sensitivity of -32 dB re 1 Volt/Pascal (25 mV at 94 dB SPL). The NT1-A measures 7.48 in long by 1.97 in in diameter and weighs 11.5 oz.
