Here for sale we have a G&L Tribute Legacy Electric Guitar in 3-Tone Sunburst finish. Made in Indonesia in 2010, this guitar features a bolt-on construction comprising a Swamp Ash body, a Maple neck and 22 Medium Jumbo fret Rosewood fingerboard. Chrome hardware is fitted including a G&L Dual Fulcrum vibrato bridge and 18:1 ratio sealed back tuners tuning machines. A trio of G&L pickups are installed in an SSS configuration with G&L CLF-100 Alnico V single-coils.  These are wired to a 5-way blade switch, master volume, neck tone and middle tone controls.

The Maple neck sits comfortably in the hand, with the Medium 'C' profile allowing for easy fretting in any register and lending itself well to a wide variety of styles. The Rosewood fingerboard is pleasant to the touch, and with its 12” radius offers a nice balance between comfortable chord playing and practicality for string bends. The Medium jumbo frets enhance vibrato and string bending techniques whilst also providing a rock-solid and smooth playing experience. 

The trio of G&L pickups installed in this guitar deliver classic tones with some extra grunt from the humbucker in the bridge. The G&L CLF-100 Alnico V Single-Coil neck pickup is warm and round, with plenty of power to push your lead lines and solos to the front of the mix. The G&L CLF-100 Alnico V Single-Coil in the middle position is bright and clear, and is well suited to funky rhythm sounds. The PTB (passive treble and bass) EQ system is a simple yet forward thinking solution to tonal control on an electric guitar, offering much more flexibility than a vintage setup.

Aesthetic Condition:

Headstock: Overall very good condition. A previous repair is present to the top edge of the headstock, this is structurally sound and can be seen under close scrutiny. Light discoloration is present to the edges of the headstock, this is most apparent ot the rear face treble side edge.

Neck: Overall very good condition. Light discoloration is present to the rear of the neck, this is located to the center of the 2nd fret and is consistent with past use.

Body: Overall very good condition. Light indentations are present to the treble side of the body, this is most consistent with the treble side edges and near the input jack. All aspects of the body display light scratching which can only be seen under direct light.

Condition of Frets:

The frets demonstrate light signs of use, not affecting playability. There is considerable material remaining for any fret work the new owner may wish to perform.

Current Set Up:

Truss Rod: Fully functional. Truss rod tool (4mm hex) not included.

Hardware: Overall excellent condition. Light scratching is present to the pick guard which can only be seen under direct light. Tremolo arm included.

Structural: No concerns or issues to note.

Height of the string from the 12th Fret-1.5mm - Bass 2mm
