This is TAMA Artstar Custom Floor Tom in 1990s.
Chrome covering kit is that Megadeth drummer Nick Menza liked to use.
It is very rare due to its limited availability.
Furthermore, the floor tom is a 18-inch model, making it even rarer.
No rust, so beautiful condition.
