The Zildjian 15" K Sweet Hi-Hats are oversized, dark and full-bodied hats built around a thin top and extra-heavy bottom. Extensive K hammering and unlathed bells give them a warm, complex voice, while the heavier bottom provides a strong chick and enough projection to keep the larger, darker sound defined. Zildjian

The 15" size adds extra body and wash compared with standard 14" hats, making these a great choice for players looking for a darker, broader hi-hat sound without sacrificing articulation.

Sonic Splice Notes

These have the warm, dark character you expect from K Sweets, but the 15" size gives them noticeably more body and wash. The thin top keeps them responsive, while the substantially heavier bottom gives the pair a strong foot chick and good definition.

The cosmetic wear is the reason I am grading them Very Good rather than Excellent. Structurally, they are in excellent shape and sound fantastic.
