This resonant single-cutaway hollowbody comes with an arched laminated spruce top matched with laminated maple back and sides. At only 6.6lbs its quite lightweight and it's striking blonde finish is vibrant and really shows off the grain. The set 3-piece mahogany/maple/mahogany neck provides durability with a comfortable "C" profile and sleek gloss finish. The bound rosewood fingerboard features a 9.5-inch radius, 20 narrow-jumbo frets, and stylish mother-of-pearl block inlays. The large headstock provides mass for sustain and has a classic Guild logo. 

With its pair of dual Guild DE-1F single-coil pickups you get a wide range of tones. With the bridge pickup you plenty of articulate attack with a bit of twang while the neck pickup gives you plenty of warmth. This hollowbody is quite versatile and perfect many styles and genres of playing you can even dial it up for a bit of drive.

The hardware for this Guild X-175B brings you the best in vintage-style with modern improvements. Stay in tune with its set Grover Sta-Tite open-gear tuning machines. Its authentic Guild Vibrato tailpiece (Bigsby-style) is matched with a traditional, unpinned compensated rosewood bridge base with a tune-o-matic bridge. This combination brings classic woody resonance with modern control over intonation with stable, expressive pitch-bending.
