Ibanez DE7 Delay/Echo. This pedal needed a new mode switch, the plastic piece was broken. I went ahead and replaced both switches in case the range switch was brittle too. This pedal works and sounds great. This listing is for the pedal only. No box, paperwork or power supply. This pedal uses a 9V center-negative power supply or a 9V battery.
