Studiologic SL88GT MK2 Master Keyboard Controller

Studiologic SL88 GT (Grand Touch) MK2
The Studiologic SL88 GT (Grand Touch) MK2 is the premium flagship model in the SL MK2 series, designed to offer an unparalleled keyboard experience combined with advanced controller intelligence.

Grand Touch Keybed
The defining feature of the SL88 GT MK2 is its TP/400 Wood keybed, which Studiologic describes as its "finest keybed ever." This 88-note keybed is crafted to deliver an unparalleled touch, providing a playing experience that is remarkably close to that of an acoustic grand piano. It features:
Wooden Keys: The timeless beauty and feel of wooden keys enhance the authentic playing experience.
Precise Hammer Action: The mechanism includes precise hammer action to inspire and elevate performance.
Aftertouch: Like the other SK MK2 models, it features aftertouch that is triggered by the hammer action for nuanced expression.
Advanced Intelligence and MIDI
The SL88 GT MK2 integrates cutting-edge digital features to ensure both expressive playability and comprehensive control:
Studiologic UX Logic: The controller features the revolutionary UX Logic interface, previously introduced with the Numa X Piano. This sleek, modern control panel prioritizes simplicity and elegance, making navigation and control intuitive and effortless for the musician.
MIDI 2.0 Unleashed: The instrument takes a leap into the future with MIDI 2.0 compatibility. This next-generation protocol unlocks the full potential of musical expression with promises of greater resolution, richer dynamics, and unprecedented precision.
SL Link Protocol: Studiologic's SL Link protocol is utilized to bridge the connection between the keyboard and external gear. It ensures perfect sync with compliant external applications, such as the cross-platform Numa Player 2 software. The Numa Player offers a rich selection of high-quality sound libraries that are provided free for every SL user.
Integrated Studio Functionality
The SL88 GT MK2 is built to serve as the control center for a modern studio:
Built-In Pro Audio Interface: The controller functions as a professional-grade audio interface itself, featuring dual audio outputs and a headphone jack. This allows the unit to deliver pristine sound directly from a computer or mobile device to a speaker system, eliminating the need for additional hardware.
USB-C Power: The integrated audio interface and the unit itself are powered entirely by USB-C, simplifying connectivity and reducing cable clutter.
DAW Transport Controls: Dedicated DAW transport controls (for playback, recording, etc.) are included on the control panel, ensuring essential studio functions are just a touch away.
The SL88 GT MK2 represents the pinnacle of the series, combining the exquisite, authentic feel of the TP/400 Wood keybed with intelligent, future-proof digital control and essential studio features.
