Hiwatt Hi-5 Guitar Amplifier Head

The Hiwatt Hi-5 Guitar Amplifier Head is proof that big sound can come from a small package. This compact 5-watt amp delivers the classic British tone Hiwatt is famous for, giving you both sparkling cleans and gritty overdrive that feel alive under your fingers. Whether you're practicing at home or recording in the studio, the Hi-5 packs serious punch with incredible clarity and warmth that inspire you to keep playing.

The Hiwatt Hi-5 combines vintage tone with modern convenience. Powered by a single ECC83 preamp tube and an EL84 output tube, it captures that rich, organic tube character Hiwatt amps are known for. With two channels—clean and gain—you can easily switch between smooth rhythm tones and roaring crunch. The shared two-band EQ keeps shaping your sound simple, while multiple speaker outputs make it flexible enough to pair with your favorite cab setup. Lightweight and built like a tank, this amp head is the perfect blend of classic tone and portability.

Why is this b-stock?It could be for one of several reasons.B-Stock items have minor cosmetic blemishes discovered during the setup and inspection process. These are strictly cosmetic and do not affect the instrument's playability. Many times, the blemish is so small you will have a hard time finding it w/ the naked eye. In other cases, the B-Stock status results from the model being discontinued, and the item is in brand-new condition. B-Stock items carry a Full Mechanical Warranty, but since they are being sold as a B-Stock, they do not carry a cosmetic warranty. Only instruments w/ minor cosmetic blemishes and/or discontinued are B-Stock. We will not sell instruments w/ greater issues. We offer these out of an ever-changing open inventory of B-Stock pieces at our distributor's. They don't provide specifics about the issue that led to the B-Stock classification.
