Apogee Symphony I/O Mk II 8x8 MP + 2x6 SE Thunderbolt 3 Interface

The Apogee Symphony I/O Mk II 8x8 MP + 2x6 SE is a 2U rackmount multichannel audio interface built on the Symphony I/O Mk II chassis, configured here with an 8x8 MP module and a 2x6 SE module, plus Thunderbolt 3 connectivity for a Mac or Windows host. As delivered it provides 10 analog inputs and 14 analog outputs including 8 mic preamps, running through Apogee's flagship conversion.

Connectivity

Thunderbolt 3 connects the interface to a Mac or Windows computer as a native audio device with low round-trip latency. Routing, input settings, and monitor control are handled in Symphony Control software or from the front-panel touchscreen.

Chassis and Control

The Symphony I/O Mk II chassis holds Apogee's flagship conversion, a front-panel color touchscreen for input selection, gain, metering, and monitor control at the rack, and two module bays for up to 32 channels. Because the I/O is modular, the same chassis can be re-specified later as the room's channel count changes. Apogee's Symphony Control software mirrors the hardware controls on the computer, and the optional Apogee Control hardware remote adds a physical level knob and assignable buttons.
