Here for sale we have a Fender Custom Shop American Custom Strat MN NOS in White Blonde finish. Made by Fender's finest luthiers in California in 2024, this guitar comes from the American Custom series, which aims to create modern iterations of Fender's classic designs to the highest level of quality with the finest tonewoods & hardware. Naturally featuring a bolt-on construction, this guitar is composed of an Ash body & one piece Roasted 'AAA' Flame Maple neck & fingerboard. A Custom Shop vintage 6-point Strat bridge is fitted, along with a set of Fender Modern Locking Staggered tuning machines & a Bone nut. A trio of Custom Shop Hand Wound Strat Fat '60s single-coil pickups are installed on the Gold Anodized pickguard, and are wired to a 5-way blade switch, master volume, neck/middle tone & bridge tone.

The neck plays beautifully, with the '65 Strat ‘C’ profile offering a supremely comfortable and practical playing experience in all registers. The profile is moderate- not too chunky like some vintage necks but also not so slim as to be too lead-focussed. It's certainly a profile that will please the majority of players. The Gloss finish to the rear assists with smooth navigation of the 25.5" scale, ensuring that fast articulate lines are an absolute breeze. The Roasted 'AAA' Flame Maple neck and fingerboard is formed of one piece, and provides a luxurious playing surface under the fingers, with a lush, dark colour and beautiful flame figuring across the neck, highlighted by the dark tint finish & unroasted Flame Mplae skunk stripe & truss rod plug. The 9.5" radius is very practical for both chording and lead lines, whilst the Medium Vintage frets offer enhanced string bending and vibrato feel.  

The trio of very special Fender Custom Shop hand-wound Strat Fat '60s single-coil pickups installed in this guitar deliver incredibly clean, crisp and precise Stratocaster tones, just as you would expect from a guitar of this prestige. The neck is warm and round, with plenty of power to push your lead and solo tones to the front of the mix. The middle position is bright and spanky, perfect for those funky rhythm sounds. The bridge pickup is hotter, and provides a searing yet articulate tone that is well suited to rock riffs and rhythm parts. The Stratocaster controls offer extensive versatility in as simple & easy to use a package as ever. An incredible celebration of the Stratocaster from Fenders’ finest.

Aesthetic Condition:

Headstock: Overall excellent condition. Very light delamination of the finish is present to the rear of the headstock by the tuning machines, visible under close scrutiny. 

Neck: Overall excellent condition. All aspects of the neck and fingerboard display light signs of past use.

Body: Overall excellent condition. All aspects of the body display light signs of past use.

Condition of Frets:

The frets demonstrate very light signs of use, not affecting playability. There is considerable material remaining for any fret work the new owner may wish to perform.

Hardware: Excellent condition. Tremolo arm and bridge cover included.

Structural: No concerns or issues to note.
