Complete and fully functional 12×8" Accent tom. I took this Accent shell that was missing most of its hardware and installed all new tension lugs, rods and a vintage muffler. There are light scuffs and scratches over the surface of the wrap. One original rim on the resonat side and one heavier 80's Rocker rim on the top. Original mount. Stamp dated 1/7/2013. No rust or pitting.
